Biography

Anna specialises in family law, including de facto relationships, parenting, property, spouse maintenance and contravention applications.

Anna’s expertise extends to advising on complex financial matters and issues relating to children and families, including child welfare, child protection and family violence.

She is a member of the Queensland Bar Association, the Law Council of Australia’s Family Law Section, the Child Protection Practitioners’ Association of Queensland and the Family Law Practitioner’s Association of Queensland.

Anna has previously been the Legal Associate to an Appeal Judge of the Family Court, a solicitor in a highly regarded specialist firm and has practised as a clinical social worker, involving child welfare matters and family therapy. 

Anna is a member of the Queensland Law Society and admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia.
